This hotel was convenient, with great service and marvellous location to other shopping districts. Location: the venue was next to Chinatown and the theatres as well as all the theatres. I came across Movida Bar de Tapas, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, offered nice shots.

The rooms at Ultiqa Little Collins are absolutely amazing! They are individually decorated and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchens are fully equipped with a large refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It feels like a home away from home!
Personally, I found having an oven in the room a bit unnecessary and didn't use it. But hey, some guests might actually enjoy cooking during their stay!

The central location of the hotel was great.Your front of house staff were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with local knowledge.
Could be a bit noisy early morning but that's just city living I guess !!

The reception staff were welcoming, efficent, honest & helpful with all the requests. The housekeeper was very accommodating and helpful. The unit was peaceful except for emptying of the bins in the alley early in the morning. The fact that we could open the windows & the ranch slider to stand outside was an extra bonus. The hotel was comfortably warm & clean. The location for vistors walking around the city (including returning after late events) is ideal. Also in easy walking distance to the supermarket and a number of different eating options.
I found the shelving in the kitchen too high to reach. The unit was overall clean but I think the bathroom could have done with some extra attention prior to arrival.

The value for money at this apartment was incredible. The spaciousness of the rooms and the abundance of amenities made it worth every penny. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to everything Melbourne has to offer. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better was a wider selection of pastries.

Large living space, huge bathroom, good shower head, great kitchen amenities, good value, great feel in the living area, excellent location, easy check in/out service, helpful staff, good price
No view, tiny balcony made of meshed metal so you can see down to the ground (and someone vomited from the floor above our room so it dripped down onto our aircon/balcony/door), toilet paper hidden behind mirror when we arrived, uncomfortable single bed. Rooms slightly hot. Asked for maid service for dirty balcony and it didn't happen.

The hotel was located in the heart of Melbourne. I visited Il Bacaro Cucina e Bar not very far from the venue for a few drinks.

I chose Ultiqa for its value and convenience to my conference. The staff was friendly and helpful, and obtaining my room key after hours was a breeze. The location is great, with plenty of dining options nearby. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and quiet at night. The wifi, TV, washer, dryer, oven. Highly recommended!
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Ultiqa Little Collins Aparthotel. the apartment suited our needs perfectly, with a second bedroom that I used as my dressing room. the location was ideal, especially for the Australian Open, as well as for eating and shopping. We also enjoyed the nearby PostOffice cafe on Russell Street for breakfast and coffee. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the larger room size was a bonus. Despite the extreme heat, the air conditioning provided relief, although it was a bit noisy.
Everything was fantastic! 🌟
